Zoom’s partnership with Box brings together cloud content management and modern video communication to better enable secure collaboration across the extended enterprise. Zoom recently expanded its Box content sharing capabilities so you can quickly share your important Box documents in a Zoom Meeting or Zoom Team Chat from wherever you are.

Box functionality in Zoom enables real-time collaboration and eliminates the need to leave the Zoom app to - for instance - send an email attachment. Zoom users could previously share Box files through Zoom’s mobile app, but can now share Box files to Zoom meeting participants from anywhere, including the Zoom desktop client.

Zoom’s integration with Box allows you to share files directly from your Box account into a Zoom Meeting using the screen sharing function. To take advantage of this feature, click Share Screen, choose Box, pick your document, and then press the play button. You can also navigate to your Box documents and share right to Zoom Team Chat.

Need to have multiple people join from various devices? No problem. You can host a Zoom meeting from a laptop while your co-worker joins and shares Box files from her smartphone.
