What does The Forrester Wave™ evaluation cover?

The Forrester Wave™: Revenue Orchestration Platforms For B2B, Q3 2026 evaluates providers across three dimensions: current offering, strategy, and customer feedback. The evaluation examines how well platforms help revenue teams coordinate execution across people, systems, and AI agents, and how effectively they maintain trusted revenue context to power that coordination.

The evaluation included 12 providers and assessed capabilities including conversation intelligence, coaching, forecasting, prospecting, agent governance, and data management.

Where did Zoom stand out?

We believe Zoom's Strong Performer designation and its highest possible scores in four criteria reflect the depth of the Zoom Revenue Accelerator platform in areas central to modern revenue teams.

According to the report, "Zoom's combination of rich conversation intelligence, strong contextual awareness, and a highly accessible UX is well executed." The report also noted that Zoom's integration of meeting, communication, and revenue signals creates a strong foundation for revenue context, and that Zoom Revenue Accelerator "is best suited to call- and meeting-intensive sales environments that want strong conversation intelligence, coaching, summaries, and deal guidance."

Zoom Revenue Accelerator brings conversation capture, AI coaching, deal intelligence, and win/loss analysis together on a connected platform. The report also highlighted Zoom's product innovations in persistent revenue memory, contextual reasoning, agent-callable services, and governed autonomy, as well as an ambitious roadmap supported by Zoom's acquisition of Common Room.

"We believe this recognition reflects how revenue work is changing," said Linda Lian, GM of Common Room and Zoom Revenue Accelerator at Zoom. "Every customer conversation carries signals about what buyers need and where a deal is headed. Because so many of those conversations already happen on Zoom, we're in a unique position to turn that context into guidance and action for sellers, managers, and AI agents alike. Our goal is to help revenue teams spend less time on busywork and more time building relationships and closing deals."

These scores reflect strengths in capabilities revenue teams rely on every day: understanding buyer signals, generating follow-ups, maintaining deal context, and doing it all from an intuitive experience.

Zoom continues to invest in AI-powered capabilities that are designed to help sellers and managers prepare for, navigate, and follow up on every customer engagement — including the general availability of Sales Assist for real-time deal guidance, Ask ZRA for natural language pipeline queries, and Sales Roleplay for rep skill-building.
