If you're a revenue ops leader trying to make pipeline predictable without growing headcount, you already know the category is heating up. Conversation intelligence, sales engagement, and revenue intelligence are converging into something bigger. Gartner calls it Revenue Action Orchestration, and we think the name gets it right: the value of a customer conversation lives in what happens after it ends.
"To us, this recognition reflects years of work from a team that believed conversation intelligence was only the starting point. We believe Gartner's inclusion of Zoom and its Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) in this Magic Quadrant reinforces for us that the shift from insight to action is real, and that we're building in the right direction." — Linda Lian, General Manager, Zoom Revenue AI Products
Most revenue organizations aren't short on data. Calls are recorded. Emails are tracked. CRM fields get filled in. But ask your team what to do next on a stalling deal, and the answer can be scattered across different tools. Or nowhere at all. Or they make decisions based on gut feelings or assumptions instead of facts. That's the gap Zoom Revenue Accelerator is designed to close, by connecting conversation intelligence to the moments where action actually happens.
Before a call, ZRA surfaces deal context and conversation history so sellers aren't scrambling for notes five minutes before dial-in. During the call, Sales Assist delivers coaching prompts and objection-handling guidance in near real-time, while the conversation is happening — rather than in a post-call summary reviewed well after the moment has passed. And after the call, AI scorecards, conversation analytics, and CRM workflows help managers spot patterns while sellers sharpen their execution with every interaction.
Revenue action orchestration reflects a market reality: intelligence is only valuable when it drives timely, specific action. ZRA is built around that principle.
Barracuda's sales team was spending more than two hours a day on manual note-taking and follow-ups. After adopting ZRA with Zoom Phone, Barracuda cut documentation time by 76% and saw close rates climb 10–15%*. Reps are now exceeding quota, with some hitting 120–140% of target*.
At Ritholtz Wealth, advisors cut post-meeting admin time in half.* What started as a five-person pilot grew to 80% voluntary adoption in five months.* "Zoom Revenue Accelerator improves every single facet of the company's efficiency and productivity," said Alex Palumbo, senior advisor and partner at Ritholtz Wealth.
To be included in the Magic Quadrant, vendors had to meet Gartner's inclusion criteria, including offering every capability Gartner defines as required for the market.1 For a platform built natively inside your communication stack, we think that's a meaningful signal. Our roadmap reflects where we're headed next:
The statements and information provided herein regarding future Zoom Revenue Accelerator capabilities are intended solely to outline general product direction and do not represent a commitment to deliver any specific feature or functionality. Any future capabilities referenced are subject to change at Zoom's sole discretion and may not be delivered as planned or at all.
Each of these moves extends ZRA from conversation intelligence into a more complete revenue action orchestration platform, built where your team already works.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration evaluates vendors that use AI to improve sales productivity. According to the research: "Gartner defines the revenue action orchestration (RAO) market as a category of technology vendors that use AI to improve sales productivity. Vendors capture revenue signals into one normalized data model, creating an AI-ready commercial dataset. RAO serves as the primary system of seller action and a single source of truth for sales interactions. For sellers, RAO facilitates AI-guided decision making and helps execute sales actions across multiple channels. For operations, RAO integrates AI into deal management, pipeline analytics and forecasting."1 The category emerged from the convergence of conversation intelligence, sales engagement, and revenue intelligence. Gartner positions vendors based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator helps revenue teams turn customer conversations into action. It connects conversation data from Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, and email to deliver deal context before calls, real-time coaching during calls through Sales Assist, and AI scorecards, analytics, and CRM workflows after calls. Teams using ZRA have already seen improvements, like Barracuda, whose close rates increased 10–15%, and Ritholtz Wealth, who halved their team's post-meeting admin time (individual results may vary based on team size and configuration).
Zoom for its Zoom Revenue Accelerator was recognized as a Niche Player in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration.
Yes. ZRA treats conversation intelligence as an interoperable signal source and pushes data into your CRM, data warehouse, or analytics environment. ZRA also supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), allowing third-party AI systems and agents built by partners to query ZRA context directly.
ZRA integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. All three support bidirectional data sync, matching conversation insights, deal information, and follow-up actions between ZRA and your CRM. Your account admin connects the CRM once, and reps get automated note syncing, deal context, and workflow triggers without switching tools.
ZRA is an add-on module for Zoom Workplace that requires a separate paid subscription. It's designed to add value for existing Zoom Workplace customers with minimal implementation friction, allowing teams to consolidate into a single agreement.
Zoom is investing in a sales sequencer for prospecting, a forecasting module for pipeline visibility, integration with Common Room for buying-group signal intelligence, and continued development of graph architecture to connect people, accounts, and interactions.
