Unveiling Our New Trust Center

At Zoom, privacy, safety, and security inform everything we do. As we continue to grow our resources, we want to ensure everything you need to safely use our platform is in one easy-to-navigate location.

That’s why we're excited today to announce the launch of our new Trust Center

Here’s what you need to know about it.

Understanding the new Trust Center

Our Trust Center is a one-stop shop for assets about Zoom compliance, privacy, safety, and security. It includes compliance and corporate governance resources, a detailed privacy overview, privacy resources, security resources and certifications, a detailed trust and safety overview, trust and safety policies, and more.

It combines existing assets and information into one centralized location so you can easily find what you need — whether you’re looking for Trust and Safety FAQs, a white paper on encryption, or a blog on best practices for virtual classroom safety

Designed to empower you with the tools you need to safely and effectively use our platform, the Trust Center will evolve to be as helpful as possible, growing its content and resources over time.

Finding the right resources

The Trust Center was created to help you easily discover information. Each page features all relevant resources within a given subject area. You can also use the search bar on the top of the main page if you're looking for something specific.

The Trust Center is broken out into the following key categories:

Trust Center main page

Users that land on this main page can leverage this holistic view to hop to each unique section and find specific information.

Streamlining security

Zoom is dedicated to being a platform you can trust. Whether it's the new Trust Center or the expansion of our end-to-end encryption (E2EE) feature — which can now support meetings of up to 1,000 attendees — we’re continually evolving our safety, security, and privacy efforts. We're committed to making the Zoom experience seamless, safe, and secure for every user.
