Open a Whiteboard during a Zoom meeting and the board can start listening. As your team talks through ideas, decisions, and next steps, Whiteboard drops sticky notes onto the canvas in real time, capturing the conversation without anyone having to stop and type.
You stay in the discussion while the board fills itself in. After the meeting, you can select the generated notes and group them, analyze patterns, or summarize the session into something ready to share.
Zoom Whiteboard has always supported third-party tools like Confluence, Jira, Coda and Notion, as well as images, videos and YouTube links. Now you can also add powerful structured documents from Zoom Canvas. Everything your team needs to make a decision can live in one place.
