We’re excited to celebrate a few of our amazing Zoomies recently recognized by CRN as Women of the Channel (WOTC). This list highlights the accomplishments and contributions of women leaders in the IT channel.
At Zoom, we believe strongly that diversity across the workforce — and especially in leadership — fuels innovation. Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Team and leaders play an active role in supporting our commitment to inclusive hiring, pay equity, and a diverse work culture.
Meet our Women of the Channel below, and hear their tips and keys to success:
Laura Padilla, Head of Global Business Development and Channel
Laura was named to WOTC’s Power 100 list, which spotlights the top female executives of the channel. Over the past year, she played a key role in launching Zoom’s Master Agent Referral Partner Program with a focus on Zoom Phone; created an independent software vendor (ISV) partner program; and built new carrier and enterprise partnerships globally, onboarding new distributors in key markets such as EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. She leads a stellar team responsible for channel sales, business development/alliances, and partner program and strategy.
Bonni-Jo Salazar, Senior Manager, Global Partner Programs
Bonni-Jo joined Zoom in 2020, and in her first six months, she executed a strategy to roll out distribution internationally, bringing on a number of new distributors and helping to expand our roster of resellers.
Diane Pefferle, Global Partner Programs Manager
Diane built a Partner Success team to provide support and communication to our channel partners. She also launched our Partner Advisory Council and Partner Satisfaction Survey to hear directly from our partners.
Jen Dunham, Manager, Global Partner Enablement
Over the past year, Jen helped bring more than 200 educational webinars to channel partners, implemented a new Partner Learning portal, and developed our first Global Partner virtual summit drawing more than 1,800 participants from around the world.
Kari Shafer, Channel Marketing Manager
Kari served as the marketing lead for our new Master Agent Referral Partner Program to recruit, onboard, enable, and activate partners, which now includes over 10 Master Agents and 2,000 sub-agents globally.
Congrats to all the Women of the Channel on their achievements!
