Zoom Ventures invests in early-to-growth stage companies that are strategically aligned with and adjacent to Zoom. We specifically look for innovators in areas including functional solutions (sales, service, etc.), industry solutions (healthcare, financial services) and foundational AI technologies.
Our primary focus is on Series A through C startups that have demonstrated clear product-market fit. We look for teams ready to leverage Zoom’s global scale to accelerate their next phase of growth.
We tailor our investment size to each opportunity though typically we cap our participation at 20% of a given round to ensure a balanced and collaborative cap table.
We look for customary information, pro-rata, and notice rights. These allow us to stay closely aligned with your progress and provide the strategic support necessary to optimize our partnership and your long-term success.
To maintain our role as an agile strategic partner, Zoom Ventures generally does not take board seats.
