And we are pleased to announce that Zoom has been named a Leader in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide for the third time in a row!

For this year, the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Meeting Solutions has been rolled into the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) Magic Quadrant, which now includes enterprise telephony, meetings, unified & instant messaging, mobility, and communications-enabled business processes. Zoom was named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Meeting Solutions six times, and this is the third time in a row Zoom has been named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS.
The UCaaS report evaluated 12 companies in the unified communications space, and we are thrilled that Zoom has been recognized as a Leader in this space for its UCaaS offering. Our offerings in the UCaaS space include enterprise-grade solutions like Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Phone, Zoom Meetings, and Zoom Whiteboard.
