About USAY

Urban Society for Aboriginal Youth (USAY) is on a mission to enrich the lives of urban Indigenous youth by nurturing self-empowerment and fostering healthy collaboration and communication to ensure healthy future generations.

Our partnership and impact

As a Zoom Cares grant partner, USAY has used the funds to support the design and construction of the first Indigenous youth center in the region. The youth center was co-designed by the community, with the goal of creating a hub for connection, belonging, education, and cultural preservation.

"At USAY, we dream of a future where Indigenous youth have every opportunity to thrive—where they feel supported, connected, and empowered to shape their own paths. Thanks to Zoom Cares, that future is closer than ever. Their generosity is helping bring our Indigenous Youth Centre to life, ensuring life promotion programs are there when youth need them most, and breaking down barriers to connection through their Zoom products. This isn’t just a donation—it’s a powerful act of care and belief in the strength of Indigenous youth. From all of us at USAY, miigwetch, Zoom Cares, for standing with us and making a real difference in the lives of so many."
