    • Zoom only serves as the hosting provider for Toll-Free Numbers in Germany, this process requires end-users to apply for the German Toll-Free number from BNetZa and they will provide the following to be submitted to Zoom.
      • An allocation letter (with a secret code) for the TF number issued by BNetZA.
      • Number Certificate from NRAs
