Data like this can help you track trends of how people are adopting new technology within your organization and make decisions about where to focus resources. If you see, for example, that many employees are using meeting summaries but aren’t using AI Companion’s Zoom Chat features, you might want to share resources that show how they can use AI Companion to summarize chat threads or get help composing chat messages.

If you’re having a conversation on Zoom Chat and want to schedule a meeting, AI Companion can help. When enabled, AI Companion will detect your intent to schedule a meeting and generate an invite pop-up with a suggested date, time, and topic. Then all you have to do is click the pop-up in Zoom Chat and send the invite.
