QS ImpACT is a global charity that empowers young leaders to create meaningful change through strategic collaborations with universities, organizations, and communities. Using the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as its guiding framework, QS ImpACT builds awareness, energy, and capacity among youth to take local actions that address the most pressing global challenges of the 21st century.
Zoom partnered with QS ImpACT to host the Skills Challenge — a global, youth-led initiative that inspires young people to design “games for good” that educate, engage, and drive action around the SDGs. The entire challenge was conducted on Zoom, enabling seamless global participation and collaboration.
Through this partnership, more than 210 teams from over 45 countries came together to create games focused on themes such as organic and sustainable farming, recycling and waste reduction, climate action, community health and well-being, and sustainable cities.
By leveraging Zoom’s platform, the initiative expanded access to global collaboration and empowered young innovators to use creativity and technology to advance sustainable development.
