Humane Intelligence is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to breaking down barriers to AI deployment for social good. The organization collaboratively designs and runs rigorous evaluations that make AI systems more accountable, responsible, and fair. Zoom Cares supported Humane Intelligence's efforts like:

  • AI in Public Health Working Group: Zoom contributed a product grant to support the AI in Public Health working group that Humane Intelligence launched in partnership with the Center for Health Data Science (CHDS) at New York University. Read more here.
  • Accessibility Bias Bounty Challenge: Zoom provided a small cash grant to support winners of Humane Intelligence's fourth bias bounty which focused on improving accessibility for neurodivergent users in virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, and on the role of emotion AI detection in shaping those experiences.
