About Code.org

Code.org is an education innovation nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to learn about artificial intelligence and computer science as part of their K-12 education. Since inception in 2013, they've served over 107 million students and 3 million teachers from around the globe.

Our partnership and impact

As part of Zoom's $10 million AI for Good commitment, Code.org received a $1 million grant to launch and scale a new AI Foundations course in American high schools, aiming to reach 500,000 students annually by 2030. The grant will also be used to scale AI units in middle schools and revitalize block-based CS and AI content for elementary school learners globally.

Additionally, Zoom CEO Eric Yuan has endorsed Code.org’s 2025 CSforAll initiative, joining more than 250 CEOs in signing the Unlock8 Open Letter. This collective effort advocates for making computer science and AI education a high school graduation requirement, helping to expand access to future-ready skills and increase lifetime earning potential for students.
