Connect Zoom Revenue Accelerator to Slack

To get connected, an account admin for your Zoom Revenue Accelerator account must take the following steps:

Step 1

In your Zoom account, go to account settings > Zoom Revenue Accelerator > Integrations > Slack > Configure
Step 2

A Slack landing page will pop up, requesting permission to access the Slack workspace, click Allow (note: Slack admin will need to approve the request)
Step 3

In Zoom Revenue Accelerator, a notification will pop up, select Enable Notifications to set up your preferences. We recommend selecting checkboxes for Slack under Conversations, Comments, Mentions and Scorecards. Click Save.
Step 4

To check that it's set up properly, log into Slack app to find Zoom Revenue Accelerator icon. You will now begin seeing Slack notifications for the features you've enabled.
