About this report

The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service evaluates providers who develop and operate cloud UC services that offer telephony, meetings, messaging, mobility and contact center, and they have begun building AI stories at different layers of these services. Here, Gartner assist I&O leaders in selecting providers that align with their organizations’ needs. Gartner plots vendors on a two-axis quadrant assessing Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute, and classifies them as Leaders, Challengers, Visionaries, or Niche Players. A Leader designation indicates a vendor demonstrates strong execution across current offerings alongside a credible and well-articulated roadmap. The 2024 Worldwide edition evaluated 11 companies.
