If you do not have admin privileges for your account, you will need to contact your Zoom administrator. AI Companion features can be found in Settings under the AI Companion Tab. If your admin has enabled AI Companion features for the account, individual users can manage available features there. Zoom does not use any customer audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communications-like customer content (such as poll results, whiteboard, and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party artificial intelligence models.
