We’re pleased to announce that Zoom has been named a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Meeting Solutions* for the fifth consecutive year as well as a Leader in the 2020 Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide.
Zoom was named a UCaaS Leader in the first year we’ve qualified for the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS. It’s the sixth time Zoom has appeared in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Meeting Solutions.
The criteria used by Gartner to evaluate companies selected for the Meeting Solutions Magic Quadrant include the ability to satisfy a wide variety of well-established and newly defined virtual meeting scenarios.
The Meeting Solutions report assessed 15 companies that offer meeting solutions and named Zoom as a Leader, recognizing Zoom’s ability to execute and completeness of vision. The UCaaS report analyzed 14 companies in the UCaaS space and recognized Zoom’s focus on meetings, enterprise telephony, and messaging within the Zoom Meetings, Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Webinars, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Phone solutions.
