  • Numbers can only be offered to businesses registered in India.
  • Numbers are offered on a per-circle basis
  • A valid address within the circle is required to offer circle-specific numbers.
  • Please ensure all documents are accurate to prevent any delays in processing your request.
  • The following documents are required to perform the customer verification:
    • Proof of ID: This must be of the Authorised Signatory
    • Authorised Signatory details: Name, contact e-mail, contact number, and passport size photo.
    • Proof of Entity: Certificate of Incorporation awarded by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
    • Authorisation letter: If the Authorised signatory is the director of the
      company, then the company/LLP master data from the MCA website can be considered as an authorisation letter; otherwise Board resolution needs to be supported as an authorisation letter.
    • Proof of Site Address: An official utility bill such as water, electric, fixed line, leased line, or broadband bill.
        • To meet the requirements, the document must:
          • Be dated within the last 3 months.
          • Clearly show the company name and address (which will need to be verified).
          • If you have other documents that can serve as proof of address, please contact Zoom’s numbering team to discuss their acceptability.
    • Physical Address verification: The address specified for ordering numbers will undergo a physical verification process. Additionally, the latitude and longitude coordinates of the address will be captured and documented in the Customer Application Form (CAF) to ensure accurate verification and record-keeping
    • Authorised Signatory: The customer's authorised signatory will sign the Customer Application Form (CAF) using their Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). Certificates from Class 1, 2, or 3 DSC are acceptable for signing the CAF. Please note that only DSC signatures are accepted; signatures from any other digital signature method will not be considered valid.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

ITFS: A valid address worldwide (Outside India) is required.
