Compliance Requirements for Service Activation

Mobile Number:

 

Numbers are offered on per circle basis, numbers can only be offered to registered Indian business.

 

Valid address within circle is required to offer circle specific numbers.

 

Following are the required document to perform the Customer verification:

  1. ID Proof of Authorized Signatory
  2. Entity ID Proof: Business registration certificate or Company incorporation certificate awarded by the Ministry of Corporate affairs (MCA)
  3. Authorization letter: If Authorized signatory is the director of the company then company/LLP master data from the MCA website can be considered as an authorization letter otherwise  Board resolution needs to be supported as an authorization letter.
  4. Site Address Proof: Fixed line/leased line/Broadband bill etc.
  5. Authorized Signatory details: Name, e-mail, Contact, and Passport Size Photo
  6. Physical Address verification: Address specified for ordering numbers will be physically verified and Lat-long of the address will be captured to document in the customer application form (CAF)
  7. Customer authorized signatory will sign the CAF through his digital signature certificate (DSC). Class 1/2/3 DCS Can be used for signing of CAF

 

ITFS Numbers:

 

A valid address worldwide is required for ITFS.

 

Restrictions: Numbers cannot be assigned to residents or companies registered within India.
