Reminder: 

• • • For an application for Shanghai numbers, a picture of their office and reception/front desk with a logo or address tag is required
    • Chops/Stamp and date should be present on all pages of the application form
    • For multiple locations, Business licenses are required per city.
    • On some occasions, a local provider may visit the site and take a photo of the front desk to confirm the existence of the business.

What is not supported:

• Emergency (1XX) & social service (1XXXX, 9XXXX) calling
• Porting (unless BYOC via a local partner)
• Making calls via the mobile apps                                                                                                                                                                                          

Limitations of the service:

• Zoom can't sell to businesses in China.
• Customers shall not make telemarketing calls; any complaints made to local regulators may result in blocking on all calls
• Customers shouldn't use their Chinese numbers outside of China.
• Callers outside of China can't use China phone numbers. China numbers can only be used for purposes of calls made originating in China to locations within China or to outside of China

Due to regulatory updates, there will be a significant delay in provisioning new numbers.
