Prepare for a meeting
Get prepared for an upcoming meeting when you don't have time to create an agenda with background information.
Product used
Open the AI Companion side panel in your Zoom Workplace app from the Home or Calendar tab.
Enter the prompt.
Use the copy icon to copy and paste it into your document of choice.
You can also go to the Meeting card from your calendar and click, "help me write an agenda".
Stay on track in a meeting
During a meeting, ask questions about the discussion, key points, participants, or in place of an external web search.
Product used
Capture the feedback and discussion points in a meeting and continue to reference meeting content after the meeting is over
During a meeting, ask AI Companion what the discussion was about, key points made by each person, and the outcome of the discussion
Ask additional questions that are answered via web search from AI Companion within the meeting
When you don’t know who someone is in the meeting that works in your organization, you can ask in the AI Companion side panel and find out more information about them (i.e. who they report to, where they are based, etc.)
If someone asks you later about what someone else said in a meeting you already had, you can go back to the post meeting card and query the conversation

Get a fast answer to a question
Parse through long documents to get specific questions answered quickly, including key takeaways, main points, or questions unique to that document.
Product used
Use the paperclip icon to upload a document in the AI Companion side panel to ask questions about the document content, or just add the link to the Zoom Doc.
Documents like benefits policies, instructional guides and support documentation can be added to AI Companion and queried. Note that there is a 5MB file limit.
Upload your document and ask AI Companion any specific questions you have about the content within the document. Some questions you might want to ask include:
What are 5 key takeways?
What is the main point of this document?
What are some anecdotes I can use to talk to people in my organization about?
