Compliance Requirements for Service Activation

Numbers are offered on a per-circle basis, numbers can only be offered to registered Indian businesses.

 

A valid address within the circle is required to offer circle-specific numbers.

 

The following are the required documents to perform the Customer verification:

  1. ID Proof of Authorized Signatory
  2. Entity ID Proof: Business registration certificate or Company incorporation certificate awarded by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
  3. Authorization letter: If the Authorized signatory is the director of the company then company/LLP master data from the MCA website can be considered as an authorization letter otherwise  Board resolution needs to be supported as an authorization letter.
  4. Site Address Proof: Fixed line/leased line/Broadband bill etc.
  5. Authorized Signatory details: Name, e-mail, Contact, and Passport Size Photo
  6. Physical Address verification: The address specified for ordering numbers will be physically verified and Lat-long of the address will be captured to document in the customer application form (CAF)
  7. Customer's authorized signatory will sign the CAF through his digital signature certificate (DSC). Class 1/2/3 DCS Can be used for signing of CAF

 

ITFS - A valid address worldwide (Outside India) is required.
