The Zoom App Marketplace now hosts over 1,000 apps and integrations for Zoom Meetings, Zoom Webinars, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Team Chat. There also has been more than 6 million app installs across these integrations, demonstrating just how important Zoom is to today’s business workflows.  

Here are some of the top ways our customers are using the Zoom App Marketplace to increase their productivity, no matter where their employees are:

Calendaring & Scheduling

Zoom’s integrations with leading calendaring software such as Calendly, Google Calendar, Acuity Scheduling, and GoDaddy Online Appointments make scheduling a meeting with video easier than ever. Simply open your favorite calendaring software, create a meeting, and, using the drop-down menu, add video conferencing to that meeting via Zoom with a single click. You can also choose to schedule an on-premises conference room for your meeting and view recommended times to host your meeting based on the availability of your invited guests. 

Collaboration

Integrations with enterprise-grade solutions like G Suite, Microsoft Teams, Spark, Monday.com, and LinkedIn Video Meetings add the powerful element of Zoom’s video communications to your favorite collaboration solutions. Simple, in-application access to video empowers users to instantly elevate a conversation to video meetings for dynamic and effective communication at a moment’s notice. 

Meeting Transcription

Solutions like Otter.ai, Rev Live Captions, Docket, Avoma, and Automated Transcription by Sonix provide clear and searchable transcripts for Zoom Meetings, creating intuitive resources for meeting attendees to easily find the information they need within the context of a meeting or quickly read through the content of a meeting. 

CRM

Customer relationship management (CRM) software is a must-have tool for many organizations, and with Zoom’s integrations for leading CRM solutions, users can streamline their workflows within these core applications. For instance, you can instantly start a Zoom Meeting, manage inbound and outbound calls with a soft Zoom Phone dialer, and track attendance within Zoom Webinars to help your marketing and sales teams develop effective webinar content. 

Education & Learning Development

Integrations with solutions like NearPod, WeSchool, Canvas LTI, e-Stela, and Edupage, allow educators to schedule, join, and manage Zoom Meetings, enable single sign-on for secure lessons, create virtual study groups, and host recurring office hours from within their learning management systems.  

Just over a year ago, we had 200 apps in the marketplace, demonstrating the consistent and growing demand for these applications and the ease with which developers can create integrations by leveraging our open Zoom Developer Platform, which allows developers to create applications for the Zoom App Marketplace. 

The Zoom Developer Platform enables third-party developers and service providers to build applications & integrations upon Zoom’s industry-leading unified communications platform, which spans video, voice, content sharing, and chat across desktop, mobile, and workspaces. 

With the Zoom Developer Platform, developers can:

• Leverage Zoom’s APIs, SDKs, and webhooks to build powerful custom applications and new functionalities to enrich Zoom experiences & interactions 

• Build public apps that are discoverable & deployable directly from the Zoom App Marketplace, or develop private apps that act as internal business tools

• Develop fully customizable apps and integrations with our Video SDK or use Meetings SDK to build on top of the Zoom Meetings experience. 

In the coming months, we will be enhancing our Developer Platform solutions, including a new developer-first gateway to our platform tools and documentation, and expanding our SDK offerings.
