As we approach the end of 2021, organizations across the globe are preparing their teams for the hybrid workspace. Managing both in-office and remote employees presents unique challenges to companies as they strive to equip their teams for success.

As Zoom considers this transition within our own team, third-party integrations and Zoom Apps allow our organization to stay connected and empowered. Let’s take a look at some of these integrations, and how they can be used to drive collaboration, efficiency, and engagement in today’s hybrid workspace.

Zoom Apps for the Hybrid Workspace

Remote Collaboration: Asana App for Zoom

The Asana App for Zoom facilitates remote collaboration and work tracking. The Asana app can create purposeful meetings with appropriate pre-work tasks so the team arrives ready to discuss. Create action items in Asana directly from the Zoom meeting so key decisions don't get lost in the conversation. And when the call is done, Asana will automatically pull the recording and transcript from Zoom, making meeting conversations easily searchable so the team can stay aligned.

Data and Security: Box App for Zoom

In today's ever-changing business environment, enterprises continue to rely on best-of-breed technologies, like Box and Zoom, to power employee collaboration. The Box app for Zoom makes it easier to work together across distributed teams. Box helps to keep your content safe with our security and data principles. Directly access your Box content from within Zoom, select a Box file to present to all attendees with just one click during meetings, upload a file to Box from within Zoom, and more!

Ultimate Notetaking: Notejoy

Never miss an action item, discussion, or action item with Notejoy for Zoom, which streamlines capturing and collaborating on meeting notes. Start by creating a meeting note based on the meeting topic and automatically take attendance.

Third-Party Integrations for the Hybrid Workspace

Connect with Customers: Salesforce Sales Cloud

Get the most out of every customer conversation with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Zoom. With the power of Sales Cloud 360 and Zoom, your sales organizations can unlock actionable insights from your sales calls to accelerate win rates. Conversational intelligence helps your sales teams redefine selling and enablement strategies, prioritize coaching for the most important deals, and accelerate onboarding and training. Combine the power of your Salesforce CRM with Zoom to turn every sales call into a revenue-generating activity.

Scheduling with Ease: Calendly for Zoom

Connect Calendly and Zoom to seamlessly add video meeting details to your calendar events and meeting reminders so everyone is prepared. With Calendly, you can automatically generate unique Zoom conference details for meetings, and when rescheduling or canceling your meeting, details are updated in real time.

Interactive Transcripts: Otter.ai Live Notes for Zoom

Otter.ai integrates with Zoom to provide interactive transcripts in real time during your meeting and after. Participants can view, highlight, comment, and add photos to make shared meeting notes more collaborative. Additionally, Otter.ai Live Notes for Zoom allows attendees to automatically download cloud recordings for transcription.
