If you purchased a license online, Zoom's time-tracking feature, Zoom Billable Hours, may already be enabled for your account. If not, the feature can be enabled in your account’s settings by the account owner or admin by following the steps below. If you purchased a license through a sales representative, contact your rep and ask about enabling Zoom Billable Hours.

 

If you’re the account owner or admin, simply sign in to the Zoom web portal and follow these steps:

 

  • In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  • Click the General tab.
  • Under Other, click the Billable Hours toggle to enable or disable it.
  • If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
  • After enabling this setting, select from one of the following options: Enable manual control to start and stop billable hours tracking for calls, or Enable automatic tracking of billable hours for calls.
  • Click Save.

It’s easy to start using Zoom’s time-tracking feature.* Once the feature is enabled for your Zoom Phone account, simply open Zoom Phone on your mobile device and make a call. On the keypad, click the ellipsis (...) and click “Start tracking billable hours.” You can select whether you want to either “Start tracking from now” or “Start tracking from the beginning of this call.”
