Meetings : Live Summary

• Capture key takeaways and follow the conversation without tedious manual note-taking. If you join late, you can quickly catch up on the conversation.
• AI Companion provides a live summary of your meeting discussion points and action items in real time. If an agenda is provided, the summary will categorize discussion points to align with the agenda topics.

Team Chat : Continuous 1:1 Chats in Meetings

• Eliminate communication silos and never lose context with a single, continuous thread for all your direct messages with another user. This means fewer silos, no lost contacts, and faster follow-ups.
• Your chat with someone from an instant meeting carries into your 1:1 chat. You can see all past direct messages from that user when you're in a 1:1 meeting with them, and side chats in a larger meeting persist in your 1:1 channel afterward.

Phone : Mobile Call Queue Management

• Managing call queues just got easier. Managers and supervisors can now monitor and control their queues directly from the Zoom Workplace mobile app.
• Whether you’re on the go or just stepped away from your desk, you can:
  • View real-time queue performance and call statistics

Zoom Meetings: Expanded gesture reactions

Zoom detects your position and automatically adjusts, so you no longer worry about moving out of view when you shift positions.
