When AI Companion joins your meeting, an image that says “Zoom AI Companion is transcribing…” will appear in the meeting. Additionally, in some platforms, a chat will be sent to participants to let them know that AI Companion will be transcribing the discussion, and AI Companion users have the option to alert meeting participants with an email ahead of the meeting.

As an account owner or administrator, you can manage and share cloud recordings. You can also set permissions for who can view or edit recordings and share them using links or invites.

Zoom does not use any customer audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communications-like customer content (such as poll results, whiteboard, and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party artificial intelligence models.
