Zoom is excited to announce that we are enhancing our hardware and integrator partner programs, which help our customers around the world get the most out of Zoom’s unified communications platform. Established in 2018 to help customers implement the best hardware and streamline the deployment of Zoom Rooms and other Zoom products, these programs provide a robust ecosystem of value-added partners to help our customers adopt, deploy, and leverage Zoom solutions.
The Hardware Partner Program creates a broad ecosystem of products that are certified to work with Zoom and help customers achieve a reliable and seamless communications experience. This program is designed to give Zoom users more choices and provide new avenues for partners to showcase their products and equip customers with effective hardware solutions.
Zoom’s Hardware Partner Program will now offer hardware partners the opportunity to demonstrate interoperability to businesses and value-added resellers. This program will utilize third-party labs that are certified by Zoom to complete objective product testing on behalf of our customers, with all testing fees payable directly to the lab. After the product passes objective testing, Zoom’s engineering and hardware teams will perform subjective testing to ensure optimal performance and seamless interoperability. Once the product has passed both tests, it will receive a "Zoom Certified" badge to indicate it as a high-quality hardware solution with Zoom. This program currently supports USB camera and speakerphone solutions, as well as Zoom Phone hardware.
