Project Context Provide key background information about the project, including business and user objectives and technical constraints. Problem to Solve Briefly describe the core problem your design intends to address. What’s the friction or opportunity you’re tackling? Stage & Feedback Scope Indicate the current fidelity and what kind of feedback you are / are not looking for. Field Your Notes Stage Low-fi / Mid-fi / High-fi Looking for UX flow feedback, concept input... Not looking for Visual polish, copy suggestions... Focused Questions List specific questions to help reviewers give you actionable input. Example: I’m choosing between layout A and B — does A feel more intuitive in terms of task flow? Should this tooltip be persistent or triggered? Feedback to Postpone Let reviewers know what feedback you don’t need yet, to keep the discussion on track. Example: Please hold feedback on iconography and spacing for now — visual polish will be finalized later. Design Options & Trade-offs Show your explorations side by side and describe the trade-offs. Include Figma or visual links. Option Description / Pros & Cons Link A Better for mobile, weaker on discoverability Figma Option A B Clearer hierarchy, but slightly longer scroll Figma Option B Resources Add any relevant documents to give more context.
