How to Use

1. Open the board and enable Private Mode so participants can contribute simultaneously and honestly

3. After reveal, the facilitator reads each note aloud — cluster duplicate or similar items by dragging them together
4. Run dot voting from the facilitation toolbar — 3 votes per person
5. Convert the top items in Start and Stop into specific commitments in the action items section — assign owners and link to next sprint planning
