How to Use

1. Open the template at the start of your retrospective and share your screen or co-edit live with your team
2. Use the Quick Actions widget to add sticky notes directly to each column — press N or tap the shortcut to drop a note without leaving the canvas
3. Give participants 5–7 minutes to silently add their own notes to each section
4. Use dot voting (facilitation toolbar) to surface the highest-priority items
5. Drag action items into the Action Items frame and assign owners using text labels or Person Cards
