How to Use

1. Before the session, set up one sticky note zone per team member using frames — label each frame with the person's name
2. During the session, ask participants to add appreciation sticky notes to each teammate's zone using the Quick Actions widget
3. Enable Private Mode (Whiteboard Plus) so participants can write before anyone reads — reveal together for maximum impact
4. Give each person 30–60 seconds to read their notes aloud and respond
5. Close by capturing 2–3 team-wide wins in the shared canvas section using larger text or a prominent shape
