How to Use

3. During the review, use Presentation Mode to walk stakeholders through each demo frame in sequence
4. Stakeholders add feedback sticky notes directly to each frame using Quick Actions — color-coded by type: positive, questions, suggestions
5. Close by reviewing the backlog adjustment area — drag in new items surfaced during the review and rank them against existing backlog items
