This Fundraising Database is designed to help you systematically track, manage, and optimize your fundraising pipeline across all stages. Each investor occupies a row, while key data points (fund size, stage focus, sector, intro source, current status, next steps, etc.) are organized into columns for quick comparison and easy pipeline management.
💡 How to Use:
1️⃣ Add Investors as Rows
Each row represents one individual investor or fund you’re targeting.
Populate key fields such as stage focus, sector focus, fund size, and contact info.
2️⃣ Centralize Relationship Data
Log who introduced you, latest interaction dates, meeting notes, and contact history.
Helps track warm intros, follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts.
3️⃣ Track Pipeline Progress
Use the “Status” column to reflect where each investor stands in your fundraising process (Not Contacted, Deck Sent, In Discussion, Due Diligence, Term Sheet, Signed, Passed).
This allows you to quickly visualize pipeline health and prioritize next steps.
4️⃣ Manage Meeting Summaries
Capture high-level notes after each meeting to maintain full context for ongoing discussions.
5️⃣ Document Sharing
Use the “Docs Shared” field to track what materials have been sent: pitch deck, data room, financials, customer references, etc.
6️⃣ Weekly Review
Use this table as your weekly fundraising dashboard to identify stuck conversations, prioritize follow-ups, and report internal progress.
