Contract Start / End: Dates to track lifecycle and renewal.
Primary Contact: Email or account manager.
Support SLA: Service level agreement (response time, support hours).
Renewal Date: When to initiate renegotiation / procurement steps.
Risk Level:
🟢 Low – Mature, reliable vendor
🟡 Medium – Niche, some dependencies
🔴 High – High-impact, critical ops reliance
Status:
Active / Expired / Under Review / Pending Approval
Notes: Add context like pending renewal tasks, audits, or past issues.
✅ How to Use:
Add each vendor providing IT, SaaS, security, infrastructure, or communications tools.
Update status during quarterly reviews or when contracts are renewed.
Use filters to quickly find high-risk vendors or those nearing renewal.
Tag stakeholders in Notes for action items (e.g., “@Alex review renewal terms”).
Consider adding a Vendor Scorecard tab if you want to track satisfaction, compliance, or integration performance.
