People Directory
This template provides a structured format for maintaining a directory of people within an organization. It includes key information such as names, tenure, office locations, and company email addresses.
How to Use
Open the People Directory template
Add new employees by inserting new rows in the table
Fill in the required information for each column:
Enter the employee's full name in the "Name" column
Input the employee's tenure in months (with one decimal place) in the "Tenure" column
Specify the employee's office location in the "Office Location" column
Provide the employee's company email address in the "Company Email" column
Update existing entries as needed (e.g., when an employee changes office location or reaches a new tenure milestone)
Sort the table as needed (e.g., by name, tenure, or location) to easily find information
