How to Use

1. Populate the Backlog column with task cards using the Quick Actions widget — each card should include a clear task name, owner, and priority level
2. At the start of each standup, team members move their cards to reflect current status
3. Cards that are blocked get moved to the Blockers section — add a note describing the blocker using the Comments tool
4. For Jira or Asana users, import existing issue cards directly onto the board (Whiteboard Plus) to sync without double-entry
5. At the end of each sprint, move all Done cards to an archive frame to keep the board clean for the next cycle
