The Stakeholder Map lists stakeholders on cards and places them on a map by internal or external role and by priority: primary, secondary, or tertiary. Use it to see who influences a project, where each stakeholder sits, and which groups need the most attention. Teams can update the cards during planning meetings as people and priorities change.
