How to Use

1. Open the session with the emotion check-in section — students add a sticky note with their current feeling and a brief reason using the Quick Actions widget
2. Work through the reflection prompts together — use the Pen tool to annotate student responses during discussion
3. For empathy activities, present a scenario card and ask students to respond in their assigned zone — compare responses as a group
4. Have students map their personal strengths using the strengths section — add icons from Stickers & Emojis to represent each strength
5. Close with a brief goal-setting moment: students add one intention for the week as a sticky note
