How to Use

1. List all tasks, deliverables, or decisions in the left column using the Text tool — be specific; vague tasks create vague ownership
2. Add team members or roles as column headers across the top
3. Fill each cell with the appropriate RACI designation using the Text tool or a colored sticky note
4. Review the completed matrix for red flags: any task without an A (Accountable) is unowned; any person with too many R's may be overloaded
5. Use dot voting or Comments to resolve conflicts where multiple people are marked Accountable for the same task
