Create a lightweight, flexible product roadmap using the Now–Next–Later framework. Instead of committing to specific dates, this prioritization template organizes work into three time horizons — what the team is working on now, what's coming next, and what's on the longer-term horizon — making it honest about uncertainty without abandoning direction.

How to Use

1. List all active and planned initiatives as sticky notes or Cards in the unsorted zone before the session
2. As a team, drag each initiative into the appropriate column — Now = actively being worked, Next = coming in roughly the next quarter, Later = on the horizon but not committed
3. Group initiatives by strategic theme using frames as row dividers — label each theme using the Text tool
4. Add dependency arrows using the Connector tool between initiatives that are sequentially linked
5. Export the completed roadmap as a PNG or PDF for stakeholder distribution — or share the live board for async review and commenting
