How to Use

1. Keep this board open alongside your meeting agenda during any working session
2. When an off-topic issue comes up, drop it into the parking lot using the Quick Actions widget — a sticky note with a brief description is enough
3. After the meeting, revisit the board and prioritize parked items using dot voting or a simple 1–3 priority label
4. Assign each item an owner and follow-up date using the Text tool or Cards
5. Archive resolved items by moving them to a separate frame labeled "Closed"
