Brainwriting is a brainstorming method where participants write ideas independently before sharing — reducing groupthink and giving quieter voices equal weight. This template structures the brainwriting process on a shared Zoom Whiteboard canvas so every participant contributes simultaneously, then the group builds on each other's ideas.

How to Use

1. Assign each participant their own row or zone on the canvas before the session starts
2. Set a timer and have everyone use the Quick Actions widget to add sticky notes with their initial ideas simultaneously
3. After the first round, rotate — each person moves to the next row and builds on what they see using new sticky notes
4. Repeat for 2–3 rounds, then use dot voting in the facilitation toolbar to rank the strongest ideas
5. Cluster standout ideas using frames and assign follow-up owners
