About Pomodoro Timer Template
Introduction
The Pomodoro Technique is a simple yet powerful time management method designed to boost focus and reduce burnout. It breaks your work into short, focused intervals (called “Pomodoros”) followed by brief breaks. This approach helps you stay productive without feeling overwhelmed, especially when tackling big tasks or managing mental fatigue.
How It Works
Choose a task you want to work on.
Set a 25-minute timer — this is one Pomodoro.
Work with full focus until the timer rings. No distractions!
Take a 5-minute break — walk, stretch, hydrate.
Repeat steps 1–4.
After every 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 minutes).
