π The healthiest thing I did today wasβ¦π₯ I drank a cup of lemon water in the morning and did 20 minutes of yoga in the evening. My body feels light and relaxed β¨
π’ One thing I could improve isβ¦π I gave in to a sweet craving and ate two pieces of chocolate in the afternoon. I felt a little guilty, so next time Iβll try snacking on nuts or grapes instead π₯π
π One thing Iβm grateful to my body for isβ¦π¦΅ My legs β thank you for carrying me through my walk and workout today. I feel lucky to move freely β€οΈ
July 23 (Tuesday)
π The healthiest thing I did today wasβ¦πΆββοΈ I went for a 30-minute power walk in the park after work. I felt tired but super refreshed afterward π³
π’ One thing I could improve isβ¦π€ I only slept for 6 hours last night and felt sluggish all dayβ¦ Time to put my phone away earlier tonight! π΅π±
π One thing Iβm grateful to my body for isβ¦π My heart β thank you for beating strong and keeping me going. Iβll try to eat more heart-healthy foods π«
