Driver and NetWaiting Installer (.exe file) This self-extracting file contains PCI modem driver version 6.02.05 and NetWaiting Modem-on-Hold application version 2.55 for use with the Zoom/SoftModem V.92 PCI. After extracting this file, run Setup.exe from the newly created 'V.92 PCI Softmodem' folder to launch the InstallShield Wizard. This setup supports Windows 95/98/98SE/Me/2000/XP.

Please Note: You must remove any previously installed V.92 PCI modem drivers and NetWaiting Modem-on-Hold applications. This can be done via Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
