Please Note: The files listed on this page are only for use with the new Conexant chipset-based Zoom/FaxModem 56K Dualmode, which contains a "C" in the serial number. The serial number is located under the barcode on the bottom label and uses the format xxxx-Zxxxx-xx-xxC-xxx.

Driver (.exe file) This self-extracting file contains the driver files for the Zoom/FaxModem 56K Dualmode Model 2949C. It is for use with Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP. This is the same installer included on Zoom CD PN:289-00089-A. (For Windows NT 4.0, click here to download the beta setup file.)

The firmware that shipped with your modem is the current version.
